1. Background
GR1T is a European electric motorcycle startup focused on performance, design, and on-shore manufacturing. We are currently developing three all-electric motorcycles to disrupt the European mobility sector.
As we scale our visibility across Europe, we are seeking an experienced Social Media & Website Content Coordinator (individual or agency) to take full operational ownership of our digital content execution.
This role exists because we want to move fast and publish consistently without building this capability in-house. We are looking to build a partnership with a talented individual or agency that will evolve over time. We can provide all training necessary for this position.
2. Scope of Work
The selected partner will be responsible for content capture, content creation, distribution, and performance tracking, working closely with the GR1T leadership team. The scope of work includes the following:
A. Event Coverage & Content Capture
Participation in selected industry events to generate original content, including photography, short videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes material. The expected commitment is approximately 3 days on the ground for each event. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered in advance by GR1T. In 2026, we will have 4 main events including the following:
- Copenhagen Meeting: February
- Reload.Land (Berlin): June
- Athens Tech Summit – June
- EICMA (Milan) – November
- Additional events will be added
B. Social Media Content Creation & Publishing
Create and publish content daily or every second day Platforms: Instagram; Facebook; LinkedIn; YouTube (short-form and selected long-form) Content types include: Event highlights; Product updates; Founder / team interviews; Industry commentary; Short-form video (Reels / Shorts); Static and carousel posts. GR1T will provide brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic input. If additional external expertise is needed, e.g. video editing, please let us know.
C. Website News & Editorial Content
Draft more detailed news items for the GR1T website. These are usually announcements or news items from 1-2 A4 pages in length, in English. Topics may include: Product milestones; Company announcements; Industry and regulatory developments (e.g. EU policy on ICE bans). Editorial direction and technical input will be provided by GR1T. Most of the articles will probably be written by GR1T.
D. Newsletter Implementation
Set up and manage a monthly newsletter in English and potentially other languages. Coordinate content selection with GR1T. Ensure consistency with social and website messaging. Support geographic targeting for selected European markets. Ensure database management.
E. Digital Advertising & Reporting
Place and manage paid campaigns on relevant platforms. Apply geographic targeting across selected European countries. Track performance and report on: Reach; Engagement; Click-through rates; Conversion metrics (where applicable). GR1T can provide onboarding and training on specific tools or internal priorities if required. Advertising channels include Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Google Adwords, Youtube and LinkedIn.
3. Languages
All primary content will be produced in English GR1T will handle or provide translation services for: Italian; French; German Other languages as required
4. Time Commitment
Ongoing work: approximately one day per week Event participation: additional days as outlined above This is a long-term collaboration rather than a one-off project.
5. Ideal Candidate / Agency Profile
The candidate’s experience must be primarily B2C-facing, ideally in sectors where emotion, aspiration, and lifestyle drive engagement and purchasing decisions. Relevant experience should include, but should not be limited to, luxury goods, luxury travel and hospitality, athletic or performance gear, automotive and motorcycles, or adjacent consumer brands. This role is not about corporate communications or generic marketing output; it is about developing exciting, visually compelling stories that motivate, inspire, and build desire around the GR1T brand and its community.
The candidate should have:
- Proven experience in social media and digital content for luxury, fashion, high end tech (e.g. Apple Computers, Samsung) automotive, mobility, tech, or hardware brands
- Comfortable working with startups and fast-moving teams
- Strong visual sensibility (photography & short-form video)
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Based in Europe (preferred, but not mandatory)
6. Eligibility & Practical Requirements
Due to the nature of the work, the contractor must be legally established and operating within Europe, with the ability to issue invoices to a European company. The contractor must also hold a valid European travel visa or residency status, enabling participation in multiple in-person events across Europe without restriction.
GR1T will engage the selected partner on a monthly retainer basis, with payments made against a valid invoice. This role requires physical presence at events, cultural proximity to European consumer markets, and close collaboration with the GR1T team; accordingly, proposals that do not meet these practical requirements will not be considered.
7. Proposal Requirements

- Pricing structure (monthly retainer + event coverage, clearly separated)
- Two references (optional but preferred)
8. Timeline
RFP issue date: Immediate
Proposal submission deadline: 15 January 2026
Expected start: 1 February 2026
