Terms of Offer

The GR1T Founders’ Circle is a unique special offer to celebrate the launch of our first production motorcycle, the G1 Series – a powerful yet stylish electric bike with distinctive characteristics.

The basic or starting characteristics of the G1S and G1X motorcycles are:

• Top speed: 135 km/hr
• Payload: 190 kgs
• Range: up to 150 km
• 2 removable batteries (choice of 2 × 2.1 kWh or 2 × 3 kWh)
• Regenerative braking
• Pirelli/Metzeler tyres
• 3 digital cameras
• 4 Riding Modes

By accepting our offer of joining the GR1T Founder’s Club, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the following offer:

1. Reservation Purpose

Reservations are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, assign, or transfer a reservation position without GR1T’s prior written consent will render it void.

If you do not enter into a purchase agreement within 60 days of being invited by GR1T, your reservation and discount will automatically lapse and your fee refunded.

By placing a reservation and paying the €100 refundable fee (plus VAT, if applicable), you are securing a non-binding position in our future production queue. This reservation does not constitute a contract for sale. No vehicle is being sold or delivered at this stage.

2. Market Availability & Delivery

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing, registration, and insurance requirements in your country of residence.

GR1T intends to launch initially in selected EU markets but is happy to offer delivery to any country within the European Union.

By submitting a reservation, you acknowledge that:

• GR1T may not offer test rides or local after-sales service in all EU countries at launch.
• If you choose to purchase the motorcycle, you accept that service support may be limited or unavailable in your country.

This will not affect your statutory warranty rights under EU consumer law or the terms of GR1T’s manufacturer warranty.

Delivery fees and any applicable import or registration costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to the official GR1T contact email. Refunds exclude any third-party payment processing fees or currency exchange charges. GR1T is not responsible for such costs.

You may request a full refund of your reservation payment at any time before entering into a binding purchase agreement. Your reservation will also be refunded if:

• GR1T decides not to proceed with manufacturing or delivery of the motorcycle,
• GR1T does not raise the required production funding within 18 months of your reservation.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of the request. No interest is payable on reservation amounts.

4. Reservation Fee Handling

The reservation fee is not considered company revenue and will be held as a refundable deposit. GR1T will not use or invest the reservation fee. It will remain available for refund in full at any time.

5. No Obligation to Purchase

You are under no obligation to purchase a motorcycle from GR1T. Likewise, GR1T is not obligated to produce or deliver the motorcycle unless a separate purchase agreement is signed at a later stage.

6. Product Description and Changes

Images, renders, or descriptions provided during the reservation period are illustrative only and may differ from final production models. Such differences do not entitle the customer to damages or compensation.

The motorcycle specifications are defined on our website at the time of your reservation. However, GR1T reserves the right to make design, technical, or feature adjustments before production. Any material changes will be communicated before final purchase.

7. Price Estimate

The estimated retail price is indicative only and subject to change due to inflation, raw material costs, regulatory compliance, or other external factors. The final purchase price will be confirmed in the purchase agreement.

The €100 reservation fee will not be deducted from the final purchase price unless explicitly stated in the final purchase agreement. The €1,500 discount will be applied to the base retail price before taxes and optional upgrades.

The €1,500 discount applies only if the reservation fee is placed and received by 31.12.2025, and the customer proceeds to sign a final purchase agreement within the period defined by GR1T. The discount is non-transferable, valid only for the original reserver, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

The estimated starting retail price is as follows:

• G1S “Street”: €6,999 plus VAT, with optional paid upgrades available (e.g. color, side panels, charger, racks, battery upgrade).
• G1X “Scrambler”: €7,999 plus VAT, with optional paid upgrades available (e.g. color, side panels, charger, racks, battery upgrade).

Your reservation fee is not a down payment and will not be deducted from the final price unless expressly stated in the final agreement.

8. Delivery Timeline

GR1T shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, or geopolitical events.

If GR1T raises the required production funding, we expect to begin deliveries within 12 to 15 months from funding close. This timeline is indicative only and may change.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Consumers retain any mandatory rights they have under applicable EU consumer protection laws which cannot be waived by contract.

These Terms are governed by Cypriot law. In case of a dispute:

• The parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.
• If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus.
• If arbitration is unsuccessful or unavailable, the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a reservation, you agree to the use of your data for:

• Processing your reservation,
• Communicating updates and offers,
• Marketing communications (if you opt in).

We comply fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
